1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 15-ounce can navy beans, drained 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained 1 15-ounce can tomatoes, undrained 3/4 teaspoon chili powder 3/4 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese *Preheat oven to 350 degrees. *Sauté bell pepper & onion in olive oil. *Add remaining ingredients except cheese & mix well. *Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. *Bake uncovered for 30 minutes; cover with cheese & bake 5 more minutes.
