Fried Onion Rings
1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups beer, at room temperature 3 large Spanish or Vidalia onions, sliced Blend flour & beer well. Cover & allow to sit at room temperature for about 3 hours. Separate sliced onions into rings. Coat with beer batter & deep fry until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels. Yield: 6 servings.
