8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained & crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 plum tomatoes, seeded & chopped
Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon for garnish. Combine bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, & tomatoes in bowl, stir until blended. Put mixture into small serving dish lined with lettuce leaves. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend. May be prepared up to 3 hours in advance. Sprinkle reserved bacon on top. Serve with assorted crackers.
