Overnight Bacon and Egg Casserole
10 slices buttered white bread, cubed 1 pound Colby Jack cheese, grated 6 eggs, beaten 4 cups milk 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 1 pound bacon, fried crisp, drained & crumbled *Place bread cubes into a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish. *Cover with cheese. *Mix remaining ingredients except bacon & pour over cheese. *Top with bacon, cover & refrigerate overnight. *Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
