Praline Sauce I
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup lightly toasted pecans
Combine sugar, corn syrup & water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add butter & pecans & heat for 1 minute. Best served hot.
NOTE: This sauce is very good served over French toast or pancakes.
