1 pound lump crabmeat

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 dashes hot sauce

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 eggs

Salt & pepper to taste

Butter or olive oil

 

 

 

 

In large bowl, mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, onion, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup bread crumbs & lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Form into 8 cakes. Make an egg wash of 2 eggs beaten with 4 tablespoons water. Dip cakes into egg wash & roll into remaining crumbs. Saute in butter or olive oil.
